Clinton Garner was sworn in as ACFR’s Fire Chief on December 18th, 2024.  He previously served as ACFR’s Deputy Chief of Operations as well as a Battalion Chief for ten years. Growing up in the area in which he currently serves, provides an opportunity to give back to the community. Clinton has spent over 31 years in the fire service. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University, as well as currently working towards a Master’s Degree in leadership studies. Chief Garner is also IFSAC accredited for Fire Officer 1, Hazardous Materials Operations, Fire Instructor 1 and holds his State of Colorado EMT-Basic.
