Frank Rotello

Chief Rotello was named ACFR’s Training Chief in March of 2025.  Before this appointment, Chief Rotello was B shift’s Battalion Chief.  He is a third generation firefighter who was also born and raised in our district. Chief Rotello has been with Adams County Fire Rescue since 2002, and has worked in the fire service for 25 years. He served as Paramedic for 16 years, and also held the rank of Captain. Chief Rotello also holds AAS Fire Science and AAS Paramedicine degrees from RRCC and currently in in the BA program for Fire Dept. Administration. He also earned his CPSE Fire Officer credential in 2024. Chief Rotello is an active member in many of our programs as he is a member of our Honor Guard and CPFF since 2004, and serves as an instructor for training programs including those for the North Area. Chief Rotello also the lead instructor for Red Rocks Community College for Emergency Services for over 10 years.
