Chief Rotello was named ACFR’s Training Chief in March of 2025.  Before his promotion, Chief Rotello was B shift’s Battalion Chief.  He is a third-generation firefighter for Adams County Fire who was also born and raised in our district. Chief Rotello has been with Adams County Fire Rescue since 2002 and has worked in the fire service for 26 years. He served as Paramedic for 15 years, and held the ranks of SAM officer, Lieutenant, and Captain. Chief Rotello holds a bachelor’s degree in Fire Dept. Administration and is currently pursuing a master’s program for Organizational Leadership. He received his CPSE Fire Officer credential in 2024 and Chief Training Officer credential in 2026. Chief Rotello is an active member in many of our programs as he has been a member of our Honor Guard and CPFF since 2004 and serves as an instructor for training programs including those for the North Area.
