Chief Seitz was officially sworn in as B Shift Battalion Chief in March of 2025. Jason has held the position of Firefighter, Engineer, Lieutenant, and Captain during his 27-year career in the fire service. He grew up in our community, as he attended Assumption Catholic School. Jason also has an Associate of Applied Science in Fire and Emergency Management Services from Tulsa Community College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Fire Administration from Columbia Southern University. Jason is a Blue Card instructor for the North Area and holds the certifications of Hazmat OPS, DO-A and FO-2. He is also a recent graduate of the University of Denver Daniels College of Business Public Safety Leadership Development.
